Free Workshop for New Therapists: How to Support Your Nervous System as a Future Therapist
A 60-minute, practical workshop to help you understand your stress responses and learn tools to stay grounded in sessions, school, and daily life.
As a new therapist, you’re holding a lot—emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
You might notice moments of feeling overwhelmed, shutting down, overthinking, or pushing yourself past your limits. These aren’t personal shortcomings—they’re nervous system responses.
In this free workshop, you’ll learn how to understand and support your nervous system so you can feel more steady, present, and sustainable in your work.
