Safe Within is facilitated by Celeste Celaya, LPC, a trauma-informed therapist who helps women reconnect with themselves after childhood trauma and prolonged stress. She brings a warm, compassionate, and experiential approach to therapy, creating space for women to slow down, feel supported, and build a deeper connection with their bodies, emotions, and inner needs.

Celeste has completed specialized training in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery, including somatic, movement, and polyvagal-informed techniques for clinicians. She is not a Registered Yoga Teacher and this group is not intended to provide traditional yoga instruction.
