When Love Ends

A gentle workshop for navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, and self-reconnection after a breakup

Breakups can bring grief, confusion, loneliness, anger, relief, longing, numbness, and hope all at once. Healing after heartbreak is rarely linear — and many people silently struggle with the emotional and nervous system impact of losing an important relationship.

When Love Ends is a supportive online workshop designed to help participants better understand the grief of a breakup while learning ways to care for themselves through the emotional waves that often follow loss and change.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Why breakups can feel emotionally and physically overwhelming

  • Grieving the person vs grieving the future you imagined

  • Attachment, nervous system responses, and why healing can feel nonlinear

  • The emotional complexity of heartbreak without shame or judgment

  • Gentle ways to reconnect with yourself while moving through grief

This workshop is not about “getting over it” quickly or forcing positivity. It’s about learning how to hold yourself with more compassion, understanding, and care through a difficult season.

Workshop Includes:

  • Psychoeducation on grief, attachment, and the nervous system

  • Gentle grounding and reflection practices

  • A guided visualization for self-compassion and emotional support

  • Optional take-home journaling prompts for continued reflection afterward
