Steady Clinician

A 6-Part Workshop Series for Therapists

Being a therapist is emotionally demanding — especially for newer clinicians and high-achieving helpers who care deeply about doing “good work.”

The Steady Clinician workshop series was created to help therapists better understand their nervous systems, build confidence in the therapy room, and develop greater steadiness, presence, and sustainability in their work.

Through psychoeducation, reflection, and practical regulation tools, this series offers a supportive and clinically relevant space for therapists to better understand themselves while strengthening their therapeutic presence.
