About Me…
Celeste Celaya, LPC, CCTP-II
Founder & Therapist
Being a therapist has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager. At that time, I was navigating my own experiences with depression, family conflict, grief, and difficult peer relationships. It was my counselor then who helped shift the direction of my life. That experience is what inspired me to pursue this work. I wanted to be for others what she was for me.
Alongside my own healing journey, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals in theirs across non-profit, community mental health, and private practice settings. I began my career working with children and adolescents, where I learned so much about resilience, patience, and the importance of play. That work continues to shape how I show up today. I believe we all carry an inner child within us, and in many ways, working with adults isn’t all that different.
I have a deep passion for working with women. Over the years, I found myself especially drawn to women who carry the weight of multiple roles and responsibilities. Many of the women I work with are incredibly capable, compassionate, and resilient, yet often struggle to extend that same care to themselves. They feel pressure to keep going, hold everything together, and meet the expectations placed on them by others and themselves. Supporting women as they reconnect with their needs, strengths, and sense of self has become some of the most meaningful work I do. Through trauma-informed therapies such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Therapeutic Yoga, I help women slow down, feel more connected to themselves, and create lives that feel more balanced, authentic, and sustainable.
I truly feel that this work is part of my life’s purpose. It’s an honor to be invited into your healing process.
Outside of the therapy room…
You’ll often find me at a Pilates class, taking my dog for a walk, listening to a podcast, or searching for a local coffee shop where I can slow down for a bit. I value connection, personal growth, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life.
Like many of the women I work with, I’m continually practicing what it means to create balance, care for myself without guilt, and make space for the things that matter most.
