TRAUMA THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN ARIZONA

You’ve done a lot of understanding. Now you’re ready to feel different, too.

You can name the patterns. You know where they started. You may even recognize what’s happening while it’s happening.

And still, something feels harder to change than it seems like it should.

Therapy for women who understand where their patterns come from but still feel stuck—and are ready to explore the deeper layers underneath.

Clients come to me when…

  • They understand their patterns but still feel stuck in them

  • They’re tired of always being the strong or responsible one

  • They struggle to slow down, let go, or ask for support

  • They feel disconnected from their emotions or body

  • They overthink what they feel instead of being able to fully experience it

  • Old experiences still affect how they see themselves or relate to others

  • They’re ready to go deeper than talking about what happened

When insight isn’t enough.

Understanding your past matters. But sometimes knowing why you feel or respond a certain way doesn’t change what happens inside of you.

Trauma therapy can help you work with the emotions, beliefs, body responses, and protective patterns underneath what you already understand.

You don’t need to get rid of parts of yourself to heal. Together, we get curious about what those responses have been trying to do for you and help create new possibilities from there.

Trauma therapy at your pace.

Deeper work doesn’t mean rushing into the hardest parts of your story.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered, which means we’ll pay attention to what feels most important to you, what you’re ready for, and what kind of support you need along the way. We won’t rush into trauma processing just because we can.

Depending on your needs, I may integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Learn more about these approaches below.

Where this work can lead…

Trauma therapy can create space to:

  • Notice a pattern without automatically falling into it

  • Feel your emotions without becoming consumed by them

  • Recognize what you need and communicate it more clearly

  • Feel more present and connected to your body

  • Respond to yourself with more compassion and less judgment

  • Let support in instead of always carrying everything alone

  • Make choices from the present rather than old survival patterns

The goal isn’t to become a different person. It’s to have more choice in how you respond, connect, and move through your life.

Hi, I’m Celeste.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and other adverse life events.

Many of the women I work with already understand where their patterns come from. They’ve reflected, processed, and made sense of their experiences, but still find themselves feeling stuck in the same emotional or relational patterns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I help you move beyond simply understanding your patterns and begin pulling back the layers underneath them—the emotions, beliefs, body responses, and protective parts that have shaped how you move through the world.

At the heart of the work is helping you reconnect with yourself: your emotions, your body, your needs, and the parts of you that may have gotten buried beneath survival, responsibility, or always having to hold it together.

Therapy with me is not about forcing change or rushing into the hardest parts of your story. We work at a pace that feels right for you, with space for curiosity, compassion, and deeper processing.
