ONLINE THERAPY IN ARIZONA FOR TRAUMA, BURNOUT, PERFECTIONISM, LIFE TRANSITIONS
You’re successful on paper, but exhausted behind the scenes…
Therapy for high-achieving women who are tired of carrying everything alone, constantly pushing through, and wondering why success still doesn't feel like enough.
Hi, I’m Celeste!
I’m the Founder and Therapist at Wholehearted Counseling. I created this practice to give women a safe space to heal without pressure, timelines, or judgment.
I understand firsthand what it’s like to feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders to take care of myself, my family, my work, my friendships, and to succeed in a way that society approves of. I know what it’s like to hold yourself to impossibly high standards, never feel like what you’re doing is enough, and become disconnected from your own needs in the process. But I also know what it’s like to find my voice, to set healthy boundaries, and to re-write the stories you tell yourself in a way that honors your strengths and inner wisdom. I wouldn’t have been able to do that without the support of the wonderful therapists and spiritual counselors that have guided me along the way.
I am a work in progress, like many of you. I show up authentically with an open heart and genuine curiosity to know who you are. I want the women I work with to leave sessions feeling seen, heard, and understood, the way we all deserve.
We aren’t meant to do this work alone. If you’re ready for support, I’d love to join you on your journey. I invite you to schedule a free consultation call to see if we may be a good fit to work together, or check out more About Me.
Maybe you’ve checked all the boxes you were supposed to.
✓ Built the career.
✓ Taken care of everyone else.
✓ Kept pushing forward.
But underneath it all, you’re exhausted.
You can’t relax.
Rest feels earned instead of necessary.
And no matter how much you accomplish, it never feels like enough.
And lately, you might find yourself wondering…
Why am I exhausted all the time, even when I'm sleeping?
Why do I feel guilty whenever I slow down?
Why can't I relax, even when there's nothing urgent to do?
Why does it feel like no matter how much I accomplish, it's never enough?
Why do I keep putting everyone else's needs before my own?
Why am I so hard on myself?
Why do I feel disconnected from myself lately?
Why does life feel harder than it should?
Being the one who holds everything together can come at a cost.
You may find yourself:
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or burned out.
Feeling anxious, “wired-but-tired”, or unable to rest.
Feeling disconnected from your body, your needs, or the things that once brought you joy.
Experiencing digestive problems, trouble sleeping, or frequent headaches.
Struggling to set boundaries without guilt.
Wondering why success doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.
And perhaps you’re realizing that continuing to push through isn’t working anymore.
You’re feeling ready to prioritize your needs, reclaim balance in your life, and feel more connected to yourself.
TRAUMA-INFORMED INTEGRATIVE THERAPY FOR WOMEN IN ARIZONA
Areas of Focus
Trauma Therapy
When survival mode has become your default.
Many women don't realize that trauma can affect them long after the event is over. It may show up as constantly overthinking, feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions, struggling to trust yourself, or always expecting something to go wrong. You might find it difficult to relax, ask for help, or feel truly safe, even when life looks stable from the outside. At Wholehearted Counseling, trauma therapy is a process where we help you understand the patterns that helped you survive, reconnect with yourself, and feel more present, grounded, and in control of your life.
Therapy for Perfectionism
When success never feels like enough.
You may look successful to everyone else but secretly feel like you're falling behind. Every mistake feels bigger than it should. No matter how much you accomplish, it never feels like enough. You set high standards for yourself, struggle to celebrate your successes, and often tie your worth to productivity, achievement, or being needed by others. Therapy for perfectionism works to help you separate worth from productivity, feel safe enough to slow down, and create a more sustainable relationship with success.
Therapy for Burnout & Chronic Stress
When you're exhausted but can't slow down.
You keep telling yourself you'll rest after this project, after this week, or after things finally slow down. But somehow the finish line keeps moving. You're exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty, yet slowing down feels uncomfortable or even impossible. You may find yourself feeling irritable, disconnected, anxious, unable to relax, or wondering why success doesn't feel the way you thought it would. Therapy can help you set better boundaries, improve balance in your life, and incorporate self-care practices that actually help.
Therapy for Women
When you've spent so much time caring for everyone else that you've lost touch with yourself.
You are the person others rely on. You show up, handle responsibilities, and keep things moving even when you're struggling. But somewhere along the way, your own needs started falling to the bottom of the list. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you need, or guilty for prioritizing your own well-being. At Wholehearted Counseling, we help women heal from chronic self-abandonment and reconnect to their voice, needs, and body by increasing emotion regulation, deepening self-trust, and creating a sustainable balance in life.
Therapy for Helping Professionals
When you're great at supporting others but struggle to support yourself.
As a therapist, healthcare worker, educator, caregiver, or highly empathetic professional, you're often the person others turn to for guidance and support. You know how to care for others, but may struggle to extend that same care to yourself. You might feel responsible for everyone around you, have difficulty setting boundaries, or feel guilty when you aren't being productive. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself outside of your professional role, prevent burnout, strengthen boundaries, and create a healthier relationship with work and responsibility.
Therapy for Grief, Loss, & Life Transitions
When life no longer looks the way you expected.
Whether you're navigating a breakup, miscarriage, fertility challenges, career change, loss of a loved one, or another major life transition, you may find yourself grieving not only what was lost but also the future you imagined. You may feel stuck between who you were and who you're becoming. Therapy can provide a space to process grief at your own pace, make sense of overwhelming emotions, and move through life's transitions with greater self-compassion and support.
What if life felt different?
Therapy can help you:
Rest without guilt
Feel confident setting boundaries
Trust yourself instead of constantly second-guessing
Stop tying your worth to productivity
Feel more connected to your needs and emotions
Create success that doesn’t come at the expense of your well-being
Imagine moving through life with more self-compassion, confidence, and ease. Not because everything is perfect, but because you no longer feel like you have to carry it all alone.
