Meet Celeste
Celeste Celaya, MC, LPC
Founder & Therapist
Being a therapist has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager. During some of the hardest seasons of my own life, I experienced what it was like to have someone offer a safe, compassionate space to feel seen, understood, and supported. That experience changed the direction of my life and inspired me to become the kind of therapist who could offer that same space to others.
Over the past six years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults across nonprofit, community mental health, and private practice settings. Today, I primarily support women navigating pregnancy loss, infertility, reproductive grief, trauma, and other difficult life experiences.
I care deeply about creating a space where you don’t have to minimize what happened, compare your pain to someone else’s, or feel pressure to be “okay” before you’re ready. I believe many of the ways we cope, protect ourselves, or respond emotionally make sense in the context of what we’ve been through.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and whole-person focused. I’m also continuing to deepen my training in reproductive mental health, including pregnancy loss, infertility, reproductive grief, and women’s mental health across the reproductive lifespan.
I truly feel that this work is part of my life’s purpose, and it’s an honor to be invited into your healing process.
Outside of the therapy room…
You’ll often find me at a Pilates class, walking my dog, watching Gilmore Girls, or searching for a local coffee shop where I can slow down for a bit. I value connection, personal growth, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life.

I believe healing looks different for everyone. Your experiences, strengths, and goals are uniquely yours, which is why I don't believe in following a scripted approach to therapy. Instead, we'll work together to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to what you need.
Some days that may mean slowing down and processing difficult emotions. Other days it may involve building practical skills, exploring long-standing patterns, or using approaches like EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, or therapeutic yoga to help you move beyond insight and into lasting change.
My role isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and support you as you create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.
What You Can Expect
Therapy that goes beyond insight.
Understanding why you feel or respond a certain way can be powerful—but sometimes understanding isn't enough. Together, we can work with the emotions, beliefs, experiences, and body-based responses underneath what you already know.
Curiosity instead of judgment.
I don’t see your feelings, symptoms, or coping responses as signs that something is wrong with you. Often, they make sense in the context of what you’ve been through. We’ll get curious about what your mind and body may be responding to and what you need now.
Therapy that's active and collaborative.
I won’t just sit back and expect you to figure everything out on your own. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer observations, notice patterns, and gently challenge you when it may be helpful. We’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and what might support you moving forward.
A pace that respects where you are.
There is no pressure to rush through grief, revisit painful experiences before you’re ready, or heal on someone else’s timeline. We’ll pay attention to what feels manageable and move at a pace that feels supportive for you.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin reconnecting with yourself. When you’re ready, I invite you to schedule a free consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see if working together feels like the right fit.
