Depending on your goals, therapy may include insight-oriented talk therapy, strengths-based and compassion-focused approaches, somatic practices, or EMDR as a supportive tool. Together, we focus on building self-trust, strengthening confidence, and creating a life that feels more aligned and sustainable — at a pace that honors where you are.
