Steady Clinician is a 6-week virtual group therapy program for counseling graduate students, associate-level clinicians, and early-career therapists in Arizona. This group is designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce burnout, and strengthen confidence in the therapy room.
Early clinical work often brings imposter syndrome, anxiety in session, emotional over-responsibility, and difficulty separating work from personal life. This structured, skills-based therapy group provides practical tools for regulating your nervous system during sessions, managing post-session rumination, setting professional boundaries, and preventing early burnout.
Unlike supervision or case consultation, this is clinical group therapy focused on your emotional well-being as a therapist. Participants will learn sustainable regulation strategies, increase awareness of activation patterns, and develop habits that support long-term career longevity.
This virtual therapy group is open to graduate counseling students, LMSWs, LACs, associate therapists, and early-career licensed clinicians seeking structured support and practical tools.
Spots are limited. A brief screening call is required prior to enrollment.
